Obituary of Annie Belle Etue

Annie Belle Etue, 98, of Evadale, went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, May 10, 2018. She was born on June 11, 1919 in Evadale to her parents, John and Mae Burrell. She was a member of Calvary Apostolic Tabernacle of Evadale. She worked as a custodian at Evadale School District for many years. She was known for walking everywhere she went. She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Lee Etue; parents; and 6 siblings.

She is survived by her loving children, Geneva Broussard of Nederland, Howard Etue and wife, Laverne of Evadale, and James Etue of Silsbee; grandchildren, Howard Etue, Jr. and wife, Trish of Jasper, Paula Cecil and husband, Jeremy of Buna, Keith Etue and wife, Sissy of Buna, Pierre Broussard and wife, Mary of Beaumont, Suzanne Buehrie and husband, John of Beaumont, Crystal Carroll of Silsbee, and Bubba Etue of Silsbee; numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Her family will receive friends at Farmer Funeral Home Friday, May 11, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral Service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 14, 2018 at Calvary Apostolic Tabernacle of Evadale, officiated by Reverend Steve McMullen. Interment will follow at Morse Cemetery in Buna.

Serving as pallbearers will be Junior Etue, Keith Etue, Tyler Cecil, Billy Joe Burrell, Hunter Etue, and James Albert Etur. The honorary pallbearer is Jerome Pierre Broussard.
