Obituary of Norman T. Duncan
Norman Travis Duncan, 85, of Silsbee, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2018. He was born in Spring Valley, TX, on May 27, 1933, to Hughland and Vera Duncan. He worked for the City of Beaumont in the Utilities Department. He was a hard working and generous man. He was good to his family. He loved country music.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mattie Duncan and brother, David Duncan.
He is survived by his daughter, Cynthia Duncan of Silsbee; sister, Margaret Jones of West, TX, and numerous nieces and nephews.
