Obituary of Linda Joyce Karr

Linda Joyce Karr, 65, of Silsbee, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018. She was a loving wife, loving mother, and loving grandmother. Linda was a local businesswoman and ran Silsbee Farm and Ranch for many years. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Hulene West; and grandson, Cameron Karr.

She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Sam Karr of Silsbee; children, Kellie Murphy and husband, Doug of Evadale, Trey Karr and wife, Alicia of Silsbee, and Steve Bradford Riley of Kirbyville; grandchildren, Shelby, Ashley, Carla, and Shana; and 9 great-grandchildren; siblings, Marolyn Hinson, Jimmie Gilley, Paula Downing, Ann Dufriend, Billy West, Bobby West, Buddy West, and James West.

A memorial gathering is scheduled for Tuesday, December 18, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Farmer Funeral Home.
