Obituary of Harold Louis Cooper
Harold Louis Cooper, 82, of Silsbee, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was retired as a longshoreman for the ILA Local 1025 in Port Arthur. He had a strong work ethic and he always was a hard worker. He was a great husband, and a great dad and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Peggy Cooper of Silsbee; children, Rose Walker and husband, Richard of Beaumont, Danny Cooper of Houston, and David Cooper and wife, Pamela of Houston; grandchildren, Justin, Shaunda, and Brandon; and a brother, James Cooper of Woodville, and five great grandchildren.
Honoring his wishes, there are no scheduled services.
