Obituary of Paul Preston Arrington

Paul Preston Arrington, 79, life-long resident of Vidor, passed away Friday, April 5, 2019 at his home. Preston proudly served his country in the U. S. Air Force. He worked as a skilled carpenter for Baptist Hospital of Beaumont. Preston was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul Samuel Arrington and Sarah Frances Arrington; brothers, Robert Arrington, and Frank Arrington, Sr.; sisters, Vicki DeCorte, and Joette Brown.

Preston is survived by his loving daughters, Angela Williams and husband, Brian of Vidor, and Paula Reeves and husband, James of Vidor; grandson, L. J. Reeves and fiance, Savannah of Vidor; brother, George Arrington, Sr. of Jasper; and sister, Tommi Wylie of Vidor.

The family will recieve friends at Farmer Funeral Home on Thursday, April 11, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. The funeral service will immediately follow at 10:00 a.m., officiated by Dale Portie. Interment will follow at Town Bluff Cemetery in Woodville.

Serving as pallbearers will be James Reeves, L. J. Reeves, Brian Williams, Johnny Mack Brown, Jr., and Johnny Brown, Sr.
