Obituary of Gregory Paul Jordan

Gregory Paul Jordan, 65, of Evadale, passed away on October 21, 2019.

Greg was born on February 17, 1954, in Newton, Texas, to Paul Jordan and Annie Cunningham.

Mr. Jordan was a Silsbee High School graduate in the Class of 1972. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force as a helicopter Crew Chief. Earlier this year Greg retired from Lamar University after 15 years as a State Master Electrician.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Debbie of Evadale; children, Kristen Jordan Perales and husband Luis of Centennial, CO, Quitmon Jordan of Evadale, and Cali Jordan of Evadale; brother, Neal Stephenson and wife Shelley of Silsbee; sister Linda Gates and husband Randy of Fannett; stepmother, Joyce Jordan of Silsbee; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Marvin and Frances Church of Evadale; brother-in-law, Marvin Church and wife Colinda of Buna; brother-in-law, Eddie Church of Evadale; in addition to four grandchildren, Julian, Stetson, Ronaldo, and Rosalind. Greg will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Havens Jordan; mother, Annie Ruth Cunningham Duhon, and sister, Karen Keesee.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Funeral services will be on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at 2:00 PM, at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee, Texas. Interment will immediately follow services at Knupple Cemetery in Silsbee, Texas. Services are under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home.
